Refund Policy

PROFESSIONAL AUDITIONEES AND/OR COMPANIES: Refunds are available through January 20, 2022, minus a $25 administrative fee for each individual/company registered. Requests for refunds must be made via email to elizabeth@setc.org no later than January 20, 2022. No refunds will be available after this date.

All OTHERS: Refunds are available through January 20, 2022, minus a $25 administrative fee. Requests for refunds must be made via email to nicole@setc.org no later than January 20, 2022. No refunds will be available after this date.

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION FEES: SETC reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for all transfer requests.

FORCE MAJEURE: SETC will not be held liable in damages due to any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, acts of God (such as hurricanes, earthquakes, flooding), fire, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, terrorist acts, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of SETC whose performance is affected. Should any SETC event be cancelled, postponed or otherwise adversely impacted as a result of a force majeure event, there shall be no refunds for payments already received by SETC, but SETC will use all reasonable efforts to work with Clients to produce the Event at a later date if necessary, subject to venue availability, and a substitute venue may be used by SETC on the rescheduled date(s). Additional fees may be incurred and due to SETC and/or Event Vendors as a result of a rescheduled event.
