Job Fair

In order to participate in the 2021 SETC Theatre Job Fair students are required to register as individuals and hiring organizations and companies are required to register as organizations. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with further information and instructions about how to access your selected opportunities.


SETC hosts one of the nation’s largest off-stage theatre job fairs during the annual SETC Convention.

If you are looking for a job or to hire for off-stage and/or technical theatre positions — including academic, administrative, backstage, design, stage management, costumes, props, carpentry, lighting, front-of-house, box office and other company or crew jobs, as well as intern and apprentice positions — the SETC Theatre Job Fair is the place for you! The 2021 SETC Theatre Job Fair will take place virtually. Candidates will create a gallery in our Open Water platform where they can upload resume and digital portfolio materials. Companies can review candidate galleries and request interviews with the candidates in whom they are interested. All interview will take place via Zoom sessions and will occur during convention dates.
